The Securities and Exchange Commission approved it’s amendment to it’s Articles of Incorporation on April 14, 2008.
By the year 2019, the company change it to Century Peak Holdings which was updated to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 11, 2019 alongside with it’s amazement to the Articles of Incorporation.
Its primary purpose was promoting, establishing, operating, managing, holding, owning or investing in corporations or entities that are engaged in mining activities, or mining-related activities. Furthermore, it extends it’s primary purpose in power and energy activities or power and energy related activities and real- estate business.
